The Purchase of a Normandy Beach NJ Oceanfront Residential Lot – April 2013

Crimson Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of 3660 Ocean Terrace in Normandy Beach, New Jersey. This oceanfront residential lot was purchased after Superstorm Sandy for 30% below pre-storm levels. Crimson plans to develop a custom 3,000 square foot home with a “reverse living” floorplan which exceeds all post-Superstorm Sandy building requirements.

Construction is expected to be completed by the fall of 2015, at which time Crimson expects this home to have a significant sales advantage over neighboring existing homes due to meeting all new hurricane resistant building codes and FEMA flood elevations, along with the unobstructed ocean views over the to-be-enacted U.S. Army Corp of Engineers dune and beach replenishment project.
