Inwood Commons is 100% leased to Food Lion, Video Den, Pizza Oven, Whale of a Wash, and Subway. All tenants have been operating successfully since the center’s completion in 2002. 350 Bloomfield Avenue is a six unit medical office building. Crimson is holding a first mortgage – personally guaranteed by a group of doctors – on three of those units.
