The combination of a superb location and historically high store sales makes this building a perfect compliment for our well performing income producing retail portfolio.
On March 10, 2008, Crimson closed a loan for the Property gaining attractive financing that increases the tax effective yield of each investor’s return while maintaining the current monthly cash distributions.
